Start with identification. These guides cover spindles, doffers, picker bars, moisteners, drives, grid bars, pressure plates and cam tracks checks, not whole-machine diagnosis. Stop and isolate the machine before access; moving or raised components require the specified safety precautions.

Replacing a roller will not resolve every track or cabinet problem. Separate track wear, mating-roller condition and cabinet geometry before choosing parts or attempting an adjustment.
